Contemporary Residential Villa

A private family villa built on clean lines, honest materials, and a close reading of its landscape. The residence sits confidently within lush, green surroundings, drawing from the richness of the site without competing with it.

A bold flat-roof form anchors the composition, with carefully layered facades creating visual depth. White render, natural stone cladding, and timber accents are combined for texture and contrast. Timber-framed sliding doors and louvred screens filter light and airflow, providing privacy without enclosure.

The house is spread across two levels. The ground floor opens to the courtyard and landscaped frontage; the upper floor features cantilevered balconies with views across the surrounding hills. The walled compound with ornamental metal gates frames the entry without heaviness.

Tropical palms, manicured hedges, and ground cover anchor the building in its setting. From the gated entry court to the shaded outdoor terraces, the site is designed as a complete environment for daily life.
